With 12 years of experience in HVAC, Caleb can approach any system with the confidence to provide multiple solutions. He enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them to help them in their time of need. Dedicated husband to Stormy and proud dad of his daughter Keslyn and son Kree, Caleb can be found outside enjoying a game of golf, coaching his 2 kids’ sports, and playing softball.
Caleb was our most reviewed technician in 2022!! What an award!!

After joining our team in 2020, Jasper continues to be proactive and learn something new every day. Growing in his career, not only does he provide solutions for our customers in their time of need, but also strives to ensure complete satisfaction in every job he leads. In his spare time, he can be found riding his dirt bike, going to the gym, and playing basketball.
Jasper is kind to every person he meets & is always willing to lend a helping hand. We couldn’t ask for better!

With 4 years of experience and growth, Luis enjoys being able to use his knowledge to help those in need. Proud dad to Oliver and Camilla and winner of Best Smile 2021 at Steve’s Refrigeration, Luis continues to bring positivity to the workplace and to our customer's homes. Outside of work, Luis can be found grilling for his friends and family and enjoying a few games of basketball or cornhole.
We can always count on Luis to brighten our day!!

Excited to learn and grow as a technician as well as a person on our team, Jaxon started his career with Hall Heating and Air in 2019. When he is not providing solutions for our customers in their time of need, he can be found riding his dirt bike, going to the gym, and enjoying time working on his car with his grandpa. He also just got married to his wonderful wife Makeia. Jaxon is our employee that has worked here the longest. Starting right out of high school - you can see how much he's learned along the way!

Eager and ready to start his HVAC career, Carson is our newest member to join the team!! Quick on his feet and quick to learn, you can trust that Carson will give 100% effort and attention to all his work.

With over 10 years of experience, Ramon continues to learn new ways to provide comfort and peace of mind to our customers. Father of 6 amazing, hard-headed, and diverse young kids, and partnered with his loving girlfriend, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, grilling and going to the lake.
Ramon is the company comedian!!! He is always making us laugh!

Jose (also goes by JoJo!) has had the opportunity to learn and improve his skills in A/C and refrigeration. New to being a dad of two, Meadow (1) and Judah (infant), he approaches every day with positivity to make every day better not only for himself but for the people around him. Outside of work you can find Jose enjoying the outdoors, helping family and friends with projects, and keeping healthy with exercise. We think he is already great but his goals for 2023 were to be a better father, spouse, and team member!

Being in the HVAC industry for 23 years, John enjoys meeting new people from all different walks of life. Loving husband and father of 10 children, he can often be found outdoors grilling, fishing, playing with his Labradoodle, Abe, and Chihuahua, Joplin, and spending time with his family.
John is the ringleader of this fun team! He is able to utilize his many years of technical skills to provide top notch training. His strength in leadership allows him to motivate, equip and inspire rising technicians in our company and in this industry.
Fun fact - John moved back to his hometown of Pampa.

Holly has been with the company for a little over 2 years. And man! We don’t know what we would do without her! She enjoys the daily challenges of running the day-to-day schedules of our technicians and helping our customers along every step of the journey.. A few things about Holly is she is a mom of 1 human and 3 dogs, is addicted to caffeine, and on her time off she enjoys going to gym.
Holly is the most beloved member of our team - whenever she is not in the office to answer the phone - everyone says "you're not Holly!"

Delynn joins the company bringing customer service experience from a variety of industries. She is looking forward to the challenge of a new field and to continue to take care of her neighbors in her new endeavors. When not working, Delynn is an avid "nanny" to her granddaughter and enjoys cooking and pottering? in her garden.
